The dust collection and recovery device supporting the application of the crusher mainly has two forms: cyclone separator and cyclone separator + secondary dust removal.
The cyclone separator uses the high-speed gas generated by the volute centrifugal fan, and the negative pressure absorbs the crushed particles in the suction box of the crusher, and relies on the rotation movement caused by the tangential introduction of the airflow to make the crushed particles solid with large inertial centrifugal force. Throwing to the outer cylinder wall of the separator, the crushed particles rotate and fall and collect, and the airflow is discharged from the top through the filter cloth bag to the environment. The main function of the cyclone separator is the transportation and collection of crushed particles.
The secondary dust removal device is arranged under the cyclone separator, through the centrifugal fan for secondary dust removal
The negative pressure airflow can effectively absorb the dust in the falling crushed particles, and the negative pressure airflow can pass
The air volume adjustment device effectively adjusts to ensure the dust removal effect.
